MUST
Content Management / Communications Specialist
2+ years of experience developing and delivering communication materials
Experience Writing instructional information, user guides, notifications in both email and web, publications, processes and training materials
Exp. providing editorial support for written materials, meeting minutes, social media, web materials, and fact sheets
Experience with Edit and revise documents written by others to ensure the writing is clear, concise, grammatically correct, well-organized, free of jargon, and consistent with the principles of good composition prior to publication<= " " points= " " bullet= " " of= " " end= " " the= " ">
Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
Experience with AP style guide or a similar writing style guide (APA, ASA, etc.)
Knowledgeable with Section 508 for Word and PDF documents
Experience with creation and maintenance of website content and navigation
Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, Journalism or an equivalent field required

DUTIES
The Content Management Communication Specialist will be responsible for setting strategy for approval on all customer facing communications.
Also, this role will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of website content and navigation. The communication specialist will work with the Lead Designer and the Central Data Management team to refresh content on various project and the tools produced by our team.
