MUST:
Experienced Program Manager with strong Risk/Financial/Audit Management experience

10+ years of project management experience
5+ years Internal Controls over Financial Reporting and/or Enterprise Risk Management experience

5+ years Federal project management experience
Prior Securities and Exchange Commission expereince nice to have

Must have experience with Audits and Operational Risk
Must have a PMP Certification

Experience with MS Office, MS Project, Visio or Telelogic
Active Public Trust clearance
Master's degree in Accounting


DUTIES:
Serve as the Program Manager responsible for organizing, directing, and managing all aspects of contract operational support function for the internal controls and enterprise operational risk management contract

Provide overall direction of program activities
Manage and maintain contractor interface with the senior levels of the customer's organization as needed
Consult with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensuring conformance with program and project tasks schedules and costs and contractual obligations
Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers, organize and assign responsibilities to subordinates, oversee the successful completion of all assigned tasks, and assume the initiative and provide support to internal controls personnel for the Office of Financial Management and the Office of the Chief Operating Officer
Domain knowledge of Internal Controls of Financial Reporting (ICFR) and Operational Risk required to ensure quality control of all deliverables
