MUST:
Experienced Technical Support professional
4+ years of experience
Network side experience
Strong server background i.e., Firewall, RAID, Domain Server, Outlook, Web Server
Ability to remotely troubleshoot software and hardware issues with non-technical users
Strong networking experience
Experience installing and configuring software and hardware
Database experience a plus, preferably SQL
Commercial side experience
Must be able to train customers on software system
Ability to resolve problems, report findings and when applicable recommend options for resolutions
Ability to investigate problems with systems and coordinate repairs
Experience working in the healthcare arena huge plus
Must present professionally and have great communication skills
Must be open to travel to customer sites if needed
MCSE a plus
Bachelor's Degree
US citizen


DUTIES:
Provide hardware and software support over the phone and at client sites
Provide operational support for customer's daily activity
Train customers on software system
Investigate problems and resolve them
Remotely troubleshoot and investigate problems
Will install and configure medical imaging software and hardware
Will provide networking support
