MUST:
Experienced UX/UI Web Designer

3-5+ years in web design, preferably in a financial services environment
3-5+ years with prototyping tools (Photoshop, Sketch, Dreamweaver, Balsamiq, Visio or VisualBasic, iRise, or InVision) and web tools (HTML, XML, and/or Javascript)
Able to brainstorm effectively and provide multiple problem-solving solutions
Ability to stay on task working autonomously
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

DUTIES:

Collaborate with stakeholders and others in a multidisciplinary team to define requirements and develop solutions
Research and observe user tasks and integrate findings with business requirements to transform the user's mental model into an intuitive user interface
Pro-actively seek out and recommend new concepts to improve content and performance
Design intuitive and simple user interfaces for web and mobile solutions, with storyboards and mockups
Prototype designs iteratively, and integrate into the UI design of the solution, leveraging tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Dreamweaver, Balsamiq, Visio or VisualBasic, iRise, and InVision
Designs, develops, troubleshoots, debugs, and implements software code (such as HTML, XML, and Javascript) for components of the website
Utilize cognitive techniques to evaluate UI and UX with end users to refine and ensure they complement the users' tasks, environments, profiles and needs
Design, develop and maintain effective graphics, site animations, and special effects
Work with the development team to test all new functionality
