MUST:
High School diploma or higher.
1 - 2 yrs administrative and/or customer service experience.
Prior experience in a healthcare or marketing setting preferred.
Above average computer skills, preferably including Excel. 
Must be able to access, input and retrieve information from the computer and central file system on a constant basis throughout the day.
Must have exceptional communication skills; active listener; extremely articulate and an effective writer.
Able to independently handle multiple projects at once.
Experience with contact management or CRM databases preferred.
Must be able to move throughout the office, transport up to 40 lbs; and position oneself to reach all shelves in the marketing storage room.
Must have current driver's license and auto insurance

DUTIES:
The
Marketing Administrative Assistant
Revising and updating Contact management and CRM databases.
Running reports as requested.
Maintaining system for tracking inventory, distribution, and restocking of materials and radiology supplies handled through Marketing Department.
Maintaining spreadsheet of all budget items incurred by the department in conjunction with marketing management requests.
Coordinating print projects with vendors.
Coordinating direct mailing or delivery of marketing materials to referring practices.
Coordinating website and social media plan.
Supporting internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
Occasionally traveling to local offices referring physician offices, local hospitals, vendors' offices or other sites to deliver and/or pick up work related materials.
Supporting referring physician processes, including new physician welcome letters/gifts, updating databases, triaging information to PSR's.
Organizing physician engagement opportunities, including meet and greets, lunch and learns, and physician relations events. Providing general clerical assistance as needed.
