Social Media Technical Support Administrator
2-5 years' experience Technical IT support to include social media, blogging, PC or gaming support
Strong analytical and PC skills
Experience responding to blogs and understanding blogging best practices, examples of writing samples are helpful
Experience with content management systems and web-based software

DUTIES
Quadrant Inc. has an immediate need for Social Media Technical Support Administrator to respond to technical and non-technical inquires, complaints, comments and other contacts generated through social media for an ISP-provider and coordinate escalations or further communications.
Monitor dialogue across designate social media channels, updating content, replies, and discussions in a timely manner. Using Social media monitoring tools to monitor conversations and report on metrics
