MUST:
Experienced Business Analyst

2+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst, or in Signal/Communication military experience
1 year of experience with supporting an Army, Air Force, or Joint staff section or directorate at the Battalion level or above
Experience with planning and executing military operations at the platoon or equivalent level
Experience with operating or maintaining military tactical or theater deployable IT or communications systems
Strong communication and organizational skills, experience working across all levels of the Department of Defense (DoD)
Demonstrated knowledge of DoD, federal and state emergency communications
Bachelors Degree or years of directly relevant IT Business Analyst experience reviewing and drafting IT policy
Secret clearance required

DUTIES:
We are seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a Business Analyst supporting the JCCC (Joint Communications Coordination Center) and JISCC (Joint Incident Site Communications Capability) programmatic and operational requirements for the National Guard Bureau (NGB)
Assist in developing the National Guard C4 shared situational awareness (SSA) and facilitate the sharing of that information across the federal government down to the incident site
Support revisions to the JCCC Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and Standard operating procedures (SOP)
Support preparation of daily briefs to client leadership on C4 asset and operations status
Work closely with NG representatives from the 54 States & Territories to review and update emergency communications plans "Annex K”
Draft policies and procedures related to sharing the NG C4 Common Operating Picture (COP) with all mission partners
Support communications exercises and document lessons learned
Work across the 54 States and Territories to collect cyber information
