MUST:
Experienced Business Analyst with a proven track record
8+ years of experience
Must have experience with System and Requirement Analysis

Experience with Enterprise Federal applications (i.e., Oracle Financials, or SAP, or PeopleSoft, etc.)
Hands on analytical and testing experience in Oracle Federal Financials, PRISM, SAP, and applications
Must have Critical Thinking, Information Assurance, and Software Testing
Experienced in creating, modifying detailed functional requirements and high level design documents.
Experienced in writing clear, concise written documentation, tracking proposed changes, running working sessions and JAD sessions with written meeting notes.
Experienced in testing techniques, GUI, Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing
Must have solid technical experiences
Excellent analytical, communication, documentation and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated resourceful team player that takes a positive approach to problem resolution
Bachelor's degree is a must

DUTIES:
The Business Analyst's duties will include but not limited to the following:
Perform analytical aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC
Perform root cause analysis and support functional accounting, budget and administrative applications until all issues are resolved
Perform Data Driven application with multiple sets of data using and documenting the results
Prepare working sessions and briefing materials
Perform Data Driven tests for testing the application with multiple set of data using and documenting the results
Write clear, concise written documentation

Track proposed changes, run working sessions and JAD sessions with written meeting notes
Create, modify detailed functional requirements and design documents
