Current platforms responsibilities include data capture and ediscovery of electronic communication platforms (email, IM and Chat), file servers, Share Point as well Virtual Data Rooms (DebtDomain and Intralinks). The team also has Service Relationship Ownership, Technical Ownership (ITAO) and Technical Information Security Officer role (TISO) for the HPE Digital Safe (Electronic Communications/Unstructured Data). In addition to the command of the application feature sets, a successful candidate must be able to use this expertise throughout the full life-cycle of complex electronic discovery projects from data collection through document production. This requires one to negotiate workflow timelines and schedules, resolve workflow issues, detail highly technical concepts to non-technical audiences, consult upon and document eDiscovery best practices and procedures, and provide creative data analytics and search solution expertise.

A working knowledge of relational database and search platforms is desired. The candidate must demonstrate hands on capacity to reconcile, manipulate and transform data within and between eDiscovery software platforms using both manual and automated methods.

The candidate will deliver the design and test process for the chosen product set in conjunction with senior engineering staff working closely with our information security group, IT policy owners, end user technologies specialists, and application architects.
