Business Management Consultant for Regulatory Risk & Control Reporting 
The consultant will provide Business Management & Regulatory Risk & Control Reporting and serve in an advisory capacity to lead the Group Infrastructure Regulatory Management  "benefits realization” activities, and to measure and monitor the impact of improved Information and Records Management programs on Bank-wide risk and cost reductions. 

This role is part of the Chief Technology Office (CTO) that supports infrastructure and shared technology services across the bank and sits within the Chief Operating Office division. He/she will support all business and infrastructure divisions of the bank and work closely with internal and external stakeholders across business lines, and very closely with the Bank's Compliance, Regulatory and Legal groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Core Business Management support around financials and resource management
  • Help prepare structured and ad-hoc reporting around financials and resource management
  • Provide investment governance oversight for the annual budget Planning process
  • Identify opportunities and drive delivery optimization across change portfolio
  • Support the formal "benefits realization” activities to measure and monitor the impact of improved Information and Records Management programs on Bank-wide risk and cost reduction
  • Work with program leads to establish, maintain and track key performance indicators (KPI) and metrics related to the overall regulatory management initiative
  • Leading group participation in larger CTO and COO cost optimization and business case activities and reporting 
  • Develop investment governance structure to ensure ROI and Metrics are part of annual budget planning exercise
  • Increase maturity of information management capabilities and services and foster strategic thinking, and thought leadership around ROI of such capabilities
  • Driving ROI communications, branding and collateral across bank-wide business and infrastructure functions

    Skills/Experience
  • Experience in a similar business management role and experienced with business management tools
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Advance Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint primarily)
  • A good understanding of financial ROI models, organization design, business change and measuring effectiveness of major change programs is crucial. 
  • A strong understanding and practical use of financial governance and reporting in a major organization
  • Educated to degree level 
  • Innovative, creative, articulate and able to work directly with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Able to demonstrate examples of previous successful deliveries and a track record in providing insight and innovation through the application of data science
