Customer Support Analyst
  • Provide quality support with a high degree of customer satisfaction on technical, business, and operational inquiries in a professional and timely manner for the organization and external customers
  • Log and document all customer calls using the call tracking system in accordance with defined established call handling procedures
  • Participate in training activities to keep current with product support and self-development
  • Maintain contact with internal and external customers, peers, and managers
Qualifications:
  • Experience using a ticketing system
  • Knowledge using a mainframe computer system
  • Previous experience in a structured environment providing first call resolution
