Business Development Representative (BDR)
  • Cold-calling prospective clients and generating sales leads
  • Developing new customer relationships by implementing marketing strategies and plans
  • Gaining an understanding of the needs and initiatives of prospective clients
  • Scheduling sales meetings
  • Preparing and delivering sales presentations
  • Representing TMF at industry events and functions
  • Establishing and building trusted relationships with prospects and clients through continuous nurturing of professional relationships
  • Planning, organizing, and implementing sales support activities and programs
  • Reporting to TMF management
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, information systems, or other related discipline preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in the Charlotte IT consulting services market
  • Ability to listen to clients and understand their business needs
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel, as needed
