RCM Technologies has an immediate need for a Digital Marketing Manager
 
The Digital Marketing Manager oversees the digital marketing strategy for the company.
Duties of the Digital Marketing Manager:
  • Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
  • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
  • Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
  • May managing the redesign of the company website.
  • Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
 
 
  • Plan & Purchase multi-channel multi-device digital media domestically and ROW
  • Social media (examples: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, Tumblr, Snapchat, Quora, YouTube, etc.)

  • Analyze campaigns while live to effectively optimize keywords/ad placement & adjust bids as needed
  • Provide comprehensive reporting including impressions/clicks/conversions
  • Ability to utilize lead generation and other tools to build database of opted-in registrants
    • Provide ideas and strategy for database engagement
    • Create social media plans prior to campaign launch
    • Supply SEO titles/keywords and pixels to be placed on websites
    • Remain in contact with project management team regarding new ideas, ad specifications and character limits
 
Requirements of the role
 
  • Experience with SEO and Affiliate programs.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
  • Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.
  • Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.
