ImageRight Technical Business Analyst
Technical Business Analyst needed to work with vendor resources (Vertafore) and internal client technical and business staff to refine project requirements, analyze and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency for upgrading business processes from outdated legacy version (V3.5) of ImageRight to current version of product (either V6.4 or V6.6). Work location is at client's headquarters in McMinnville, OR.

Responsibilities include:

Apply hands-on experience with ImageRight workflows, file structures, configuration and conversions to assist with our V3.5 to V6.x phased migration.

Demonstrate understanding of either Commercial Lines or Personal Lines property casualty insurance domain knowledge as applies to document management and workflow. The Personal Lines upgrade will be done in 2018 followed by Commercial Lines in 2019.

Work with teams to refine requirements, plan UAT activities, participate in testing and assist with training and deployment planning for a phased rollout.

Maintain ImageRight documentation by writing and updating procedures, training materials and business processes.


Assist technical team with system configuration tasks such as user access, file structure modifications, cold import setup, email receiver setup, data mapping, file marks, page marks, etc.


Meet with business users to ensure that department requirements are accurately reflected and documented in system workflows, configuration and test plans.
Provide technical support/business subject matter expertise as needed during production deployment.
Assist with planning for all aspects of phase 2 of migration.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of ImageRight products and conversion with Windows 7, Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2013
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to multi task, prioritize issues and monitor progress
  • Ability to develop alternative solutions to problems and recommend the best solution for the business.
