Required 1. Writer must be have a minimum of 10 years' experience in providing professional writing services.
2. Excellent general writing skills.
3. Proven experience in writing technical policies and procedures manuals.
4. Understanding of government terminology .
Preference 1. Good knowledge of legal concepts and terminology
.2. Knowledge of Institutional Review Board (IRB) programs
