 Responsible for resolving majority of ESS inquiries to avoid the customers from contacting the call center or going to the service centers.
Specific tasks that must be performed where necessary:
1. Perform Customer Authentication
2. Conduct Food Assistance interview
3. Provide case inquiries/updates
4. Reset MyAccess Account passwords
5. Keep a log of all the customers seen and what was done for the customer
6. Complete CLRC, AMS and review Doc Imaging where necessary
7. Assist customers with applications/report changes if partner agencies are at high capacity with customers
8. Assist with registering MyAccess accounts if partner agencies are at high capacity with customers
9. Contacts supervisors to address customers/case discrepancies
10. Fax or scan requested verifications
11. Show customers how to use the computer for ESS purposes
12. Communicate with supervisor and partners
13. Complete travel where necessary
14. Checked the identification card of each customers
15. Scan documents to Doc Imaging
