Description of Work :Works closely with hiring managers to fill bus operator, collective bargaining unit positions, and nonexempt job openings by recruiting, sourcing, researching, screening and interviewing potential candidates. Develops/maintains multiple sourcing networks to build candidate pool; designs and implements innovative recruitment strategies; utilizes applicant tracking system to track the interviewing, hiring, and evaluation process, and negotiation of employment offers.
Key Responsibilities Include :•Attract and develop a strong, qualified candidate pool for current openings.
•Collaborate with hiring managers to develop successful candidate profiles as well as to understand overall needs and requirements such as timing, expectations, etc
.•Develop appropriate sourcing strategies for each role
.•Pre-screen candidates; schedule and facilitate interviews; make hiring offers to selected candidates.
•Manage open requisitions; utilize applicant tracking technology to review and select candidates to move through the recruitment process; update records to ensure accurate candidate tracking.
•Oversee the pre-employment process (background check, references, etc.); assist with and attend new hire orientation.
•Ensure compliance to state/federal employment laws and company policies.•Generates regular recruiting and staffing reports.

Education and Experience :•Bachelor's Degree desired. Preferred majors include business administration or human resources administration.
•Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience in a competitive, fast paced environment
.•Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience
•Experience with applicant tracking systems.
•Experience recruiting various roles and levels from entry level clerical to executive level director, and blue collar roles such as mechanics and service technicians.
