Service Desk Contractor (this group is the voice of T&I)
  • a. The primary mission of our Service Desk is to provide fast, friendly and reliable answers for all customer requests as proficiently as possible. Our values include a commitment to service excellence with courteous, professional, and timely service for every customer contact. This needs to be a focus when candidates are chosen for the Service Desk as we are the starting point when customers talk to T&I
b. Primary support skill will be phone support to assist customers calling into to the Service Desk and documenting all calls and requests into the current ticketing system
c. Coordinating all outages, problems, changes and ensuring when customers call their requests/issues are either corrected or routed properly with high quality documentation to the correct team
