Skills Needed: The Contractor's staff assigned to this agreement, at a minimum, must have the following experience:
1. 3 years of customer service with proper phone and email etiquette.
2. 2 years of clerical duties in data entry and troubleshooting. 3.
3 years of Microsoft Office proficiency
TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR ADAP ENROLLMENT SERVICES Attend webinars and training sessions in Provide Enterprise to learn how to fully access client level data, interpret prescription and eligibility status as directed by the Department. Attend webinars and trainings to learn Core eligibility, HIV 101, CareWare, and HMS to access client level data and complete eligibility assessments as directed by the Department. Acknowledge and complete applications for enrollment / re-enrollment within the ADAP Provide Enterprise system within 24 hours of receipt. Acknowledge requests for support within the hour based on CHD or Central Pharmacy need. Respond and complete requests for technical assistance, general inquiries, and prescription issues within 24 hours, which are recorded in an activity log database as a support ticket. This task must be completed daily. Update client records, prescription information, and labs after reviewing data systems as directed by the Department. Provide assistance and/or status updates to county ADAP staff and/or client as directed by the Department. Carry out any other related tasks or updating of client's eligibility or prescription information via scanning or document views into appropriate systems as directed by the Department. Document all actions pertaining to client within the Provide Enterprise system as directed by the Department. Review, maintain, and complete at a minimum of 95 percent of all ADAP enrollment application requests, emails and/or phone calls on a daily basis. Attend at a minimum three weekly internal staff meetings a month. Attend at a minimum one monthly group staff meeting a month. Complete all required trainings and webinars with a minimum of a B average.The Contractor, its employees, subcontractors, and agents must comply with all data security procedures of the Department
