Contract Administrator (Database Analyst)- One year in Miramar, FL. 33027

Who You Will Work With:

You will work in the Miramar, FL office and will be engaged to provide support to our clients global team that delivers distinctive, positive and productive experiences through various services ranging from travel, events, real estate, sourcing, technology and purchasing.

What You Will Do:

You will work with the Contracts team to maintain and help ensure the integrity of the Firm's contracts database. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Working across our clients team and with stakeholders around the Firm to help identify and deliver process improvement on the Firm's contract management/uploading processes
  • Collaborating with the Systems team within our clients team on the resolution of database issues and implementation of recommended changes / improvements
  • Managing team mailbox and uploading contracts to the Firm's internal database in accordance with established priorities
  • Performing database 'clean-up' to ensure contracts are assigned to the correct Firm members
  • Running reports and analyzing data from contracts database to track team metrics

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience
  • Natural drive and ability to improve; ownership mentality
  • Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working with different cultures and processes
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to structure own tasks and work independently, as well as in diverse cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable interpreting data, presenting succinctly and using data to drive outcomes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
