Assignment Description:Contract IT Lead for HR Systems: through end of Dec. 2017
MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE BUSINESS STAKEHOLDERS:
The Lead will manage and maintain the Purdue HR Systems (including SAP HCM and SuccessFactors) and other application systems. Perform analysis, design, configuration, system testing, and implementation of IT related solutions to HR busienss challenges. Present recommendations for developing Success Factors as a strategic enterprise system. Support the HRIS, Talent Partner, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, GxP Training, Compliance Training, Sales, Travel and Expense, Manufacturing, and Finance business users, as well as IT Support Groups in the day-to-day operations of HCM. In addition will be required to:
· Translate business application requirements into SAP technical design, development and execution.
· Ensure Systems are running during prescribed hours.
· Ensure the data integrity of HR related data.

· Analyze, configure and implement security for HR systems
Must have:
BS/Equivalent Training / Certification and 8+ years of relevant experience. Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Success Factors HR system modules including Learning Management, and Compensation. Solid technical understanding of SAP HCM and its interdependancies with Success Factors (Hybrid Model),Solid understanding of HR related Business Processes and Employee Lifecycle management.
