IT Product Manager Associate

You'll work in our clients MA office as part of our clients IT People Portfolio Management group.

You will be part of a global team that is distributed across New York, Philadelphia and New Delhi.

The People Portfolio Management team works in a highly collaborative way, uses the latest technologies and enjoy seeing the direct impact from your work. We combine Agile with expertise in cloud, big data and mobile to create custom technology solutions or configure vendor package products that supports our internal clients and help clients increase productivity.
The People Portfolio Management group is responsible for driving and supporting our people functions that include Recruiting, HR, Professional Development, Learning and Analytics by delivery of technology-enabled products and services used across the firm. We partner with our various business stakeholders to drive innovation via analytics and User Centered Design thinking. Our working model influences how we deliver digital solutions that make the work of our colleagues faster, easier and more effective and assures that we incubate new ways of working that will move the company forward. Through innovative partnerships with sponsors and various technology teams we are redefining what it means to work in the Digital era for People functions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Product Associate, you will work with Learning systems/products. You will own the day to day management of select applications within the space from cradle to grave. You will be responsible for the adoption, user experience, business requirement gathering, system integration, application metrics, product roadmaps, etc. You will work closely with sponsors, end users and key stakeholders to understand and document current business processes, user personas, and product roadmaps within the product family area.
You will collaborate with sponsors, development teams and vendors to continuously enhance the user journey, product adoption and product usability. In this work, you are responsible for writing and documenting personas, business requirements, acceptance criteria and definition of done.
