We are currently seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive to join our growing team in Hawthorn, LA. This is a full time, salary + commission position that will entail a lot of domestic travel throughout the US. Field Sales Executive is tasked with developing and managing profitable business partnerships with various clients.
The Field Sales Executive will...
Develop knowledge of S.F. Express Corporation's products, services and capabilities. Apply gained knowledge toward developing and successfully executing sales plans and strategies designed to generate new customers by identifying and pursuing prospective clients who will need Temperature Controlled Logistics shipments.
Success is based on the ability to close and maintain a profitable base of business.

Responsibilities of the Field Sales Executive: 
  • Network and leverage multiple other applications to identify prospective clients.
  • Call and successfully introduce the Company and secure the opportunity to do business with prospective clients.
  • Growing existing business and bring in new business.
  • Coordinate with function groups to develop solution in meeting customer business demand.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and continually identify ways to secure more freight within an existing group of clients.
  • Negotiate quotes and contract rates that will yield profitable partnerships.
  • Understand and react to changing market conditions.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience required
  • Experience in a fast paced transportation/courier express industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of sales principles and concepts Strong negotiating skills
  • Manage the prioritization of a large number of projects occurring simultaneously.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills - Develop and Maintain strong professional relationships with carriers and clients
  • Must possess strong listening and communication skills with a service-oriented attitude
  • Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from customer.
  • Ability to effectively present information to clients and management.
  • Ability to handle complex analytical tasks involving multiple variables
  • Bilingual in Chinese is a strong plus
