Summary:
  • The Product Partnerships program helps bring 1st party customer experiences leveraging 3rd party hardware devices. We are looking for a hardworking Program Manager to own Product Partnership launches end-to-end, develop status trackers and other tools to support the program, and communicate regularly with cross functional teams and our client Nest leadership. A successful Program Manager is a natural leader and facilitator; is dynamic, driven, organized and detail oriented; communicates with ease at all levels; thrives in an ambiguous environments; and is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts.
The Work:
  • (75%) Own the successful launch of Product Partnerships product(s) end to end
    • Work with up to 15 cross-functional teams to ensure a comprehensive, first-class product launch
    • Drive consensus and accountability across all functions
    • Own status trackers, communications, and other tools to support the program
    • Communicate priorities, risks, and schedules to our client Nest executive management
  • (25%) Additional flex projects for the Partner Solutions team as needed
Qualifications:
  • Exceptionally organized and self-driven.
  • Proven ability to manage 10+ work streams at once without losing details.
  • Exceptional client-facing communication skills, both with executive-level and operational-level staff
  • Poised under pressure and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Professionalism in addressing high-profile challenges and conflict
  • At least 1-2 years program management experience with consumer hardware products - Familiarity with OEMs/ODMs
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
