Overview
The our client Play Gift Card team is looking for a strong temporary sales admin/project manager to support the retail partner managers grow the gift card business across US and Canada. You will support the partner managers to optimize their time and energy for them to stay focused on priorities by ensuring all relevant admin work is taken care of. You will work closely alongside partner managers and act as an extension to the sales team. You have the ability to work cross-functionally and strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized, detail-oriented and a hands-on project manager, you are analytical and possess good business judgment.

Overall Responsibilities:
  • Support end-to-end execution of major retail programs, including providing marketing support to the team, creative coordination and asset management, working with external partners and completing all activity related administrative tasks
  • Become the guru of the team's main sales tool (Salesforce), ensure data accuracy, liaise with internal teams on issues/developments, own campaign set-up and internal approval flows, management and reporting
  • Promotion management: set-up and manage campaigns, tracking promotions and measuring impact
  • Book travel and accommodation for the team
Top Daily Responsibilities:
  1. Manage retail sales budgets, marketing and content calendars, activity trackers
  2. Support end-to-end execution of major retail programs, including providing marketing support to the team, creative coordination and asset management, working with external partners and completing all activity related administrative tasks
  3. Work cross-functionally to streamline sales processes and tools
Requirements:
  • BA/BS Business related degree or equivalent 10 years practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience serving as a project manager and/or in an administrative role
  • Excellent organizational skills and ownership of everything "nitty-gritty"
  • Admin / BizOps / Project manager background
  • Proficient in using our client sheets, documents and slides
  • Positive can-do attitude and tireless work-ethic
  • Strong understanding of business, systems and processes
