Duties:

Be the point of contact for Fotolia customers and handle Customer Service cases via web tickets, emails and telephone calls 
Assist Fotolia customers in migrating their account to our client Stock
Advise Fotolia customers about our client Stock including license terms, unique features of our client Stock, and Creative Cloud integration
Consult and partner with other team members on difficult cases and escalate unresolved cases to the Customer Service manager. 
Forward Fotolia sales leads to the our client Stock Sales team 

Skills:

Experience in a Customer Service or Tech Support role 
Excellent language and communications skills (spoken and written) in English (second language such as Spanish is of advantage)
Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator preferred 
Confident use of PC or Mac
Web-savvy and an understanding of media industry 
Ability to work independently  

Education: 
university degress is of advantage
