Project Overview:
xWS (Extended Workforce Solutions) launched earlier this year with ambitious goals to change the contingent workforce environment at our client. We are looking for temporary project management help to assist with our goals for 2018.

Overall Responsibilities:
  • Creates and develops project/program scope and schedules.
  • Applies process and technical enablement knowledge to analysis and problem solving including design of technology solutions and integration of new technology and/or process
  • Consults on/presents recommendations to senior managers on solutions and influences final decisions
  • Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders & leaders.
  • Apply analytical skills suggest solutions and rationalize change.
  • Leads brainstorming sessions to gather requirements.
  • Conduct weekly project meetings.
  • Communicate project status.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
  • Work with business leads to define and manage business process roadmaps.
  • Manages complex HR projects that require the ability to create and implement timelines related to project deliverables, and follow up on their completion and manage sponsor/customer expectations of the outcome of the deliverable
  • Develop project justification proposals, business cases and return on investment estimates, prepare executive briefings and project presentations (ability to tell the story), obtain executive approval.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10 years of experience in a project management/ operations role with at least 3-4 years experience focused on data driven process improvement
  • Solutions and client service-oriented, with an emphasis on creativity and relationships.
  • Deep interest and experience in analyzing data and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making.
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills as well as strong interpersonal skills. Part of the role would include creating process maps/ documentation.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • PMP Certification
  • Six Sigma (Black Belt), Scrum Master , Experience with Agile methodology
  • Experience of dealing with a global team/ Contingent workforce
