Jr. Technical Recruiter

• Work with recruiting partners and hiring managers to understand niche role requirements, determining and fulfilling their talent needs.
• Create and execute search strategies across a variety of technical disciplines and project areas, prioritizing and engaging candidates based on business priorities.
• Build relationships with exceptional talent in the marketplace. Source passive candidates through research, internal and external networking, and direct outreach.
• Research companies/labs to determine key talent in various bleeding edge technical fields.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates ranging in vast differences in experience levels

Required Skills:
• 2-4 years of research/sourcing/talent mapping experience within Life Science or Technology industries
• Proven ability to effectively manage moving priorities and tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively partner with hiring managers, leadership and candidates with tact and professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to document.
• Basic comfort level with our client tools, spreadsheets and cloud-based databases.

Nice to Have:
• Previous work experience with applicant tracking tools such as Greenhouse
• If coming from a recruiting agency:
Working on engineering (ideally hardware) or life sciences roles
Has recently been promoted to “account manager” from “recruiter” within the last 6 months to 2 years OR is an account recruiting manager (ARM) for a given account
• If in-house:
Started in an agency or start-up environment
