SMB Revenue - Adoption Tracking Analyst

Project Overview:
The Global Marketing Solutions (Client) team drives quantitative thinking and innovation to power Client sales programs by developing insights and predictive models to make key program design decisions like: which advertises should we target?, what should the sales rep pitch? what is the impact of our activity? how to best reach them and make positive changes?
The new role will take part in a project that involves complex transition and migration process from an old system to a new one.

Overall Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop analytical frameworks and tools to provide insight on sales programs performance
  • Take part in the design, development and testing of a system that tracks the implementation activities done by customers/end-users on our client Adwords product and measures the influence of sales channels on these activities
  • Effectively communicate goals, plans, activities & challenges to management and to other teams such as engineering and sales
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
  1. Analyzing large data sets, debugging, documenting and supporting the Auto Adoption Tracking system
  2. Design & Development of a new reporting solution covering both back-end queries and front-end dashboards
  3. Communicating through emails, presentations and meetings with business and technical teams across our client
Required Skills:
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science / Information Systems / Engineering / Math or related quantitative field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in BI/ETL development and Business Analysis with technical skills
  • Experience in writing complex queries and scripts (SQL, Python or Java Script)
  • Experience analyzing large data sets using SQL, Excel, R, and other quantitative and statistical modeling technologies and tools.
  • Deep interest and aptitude in data and metrics analysis and visualization
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and strong analytical skills
  • Great communication skills in both verbal and written
  • Self motivated & independent
Nice to Have Skills/Not Required:
  • Experience in working with CRM or Sales Incentives Systems
  • Knowledge in Digital Advertising tools
