g2g Program Coordinator

The g2g team is part of our client's People Development organization and supports the development of Googlers as facilitators, coaches, and consultants, equipping them with the leadership skills and confidence to become more effective in their core roles while also supporting the development of their peers.

As a g2g Program Coordinator you will report to the Global g2g Manager and support several critical projects across the g2g team. You'll effectively balance behind-the-scenes programmatic responsibilities with direct engagement with internal clients and partners. Your passion for operational efficiency, attention to detail, and care in customer experience will be critical in the successful execution of these projects

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
  1. Support planning, execution, and follow up of a multi-day offsite event for employees
  2. Support g2g skill development programs (e.g., ensure sessions are scheduled and staffed to meet demand, help with needs analysis)
  3. Update program communications, internal sites and marketing materials based on direction from Global g2g Communications Lead

Additional Responsibilities
  • Additional projects and tasks as determined by business need

Required Skills:
  • BS/BA Degree (Manager is open to area of study) Manager will consider candidates with 2 additional years of experience as a project coordinator in a fast paced environment
  • 4 years of work experience as a project coordinator in a fast paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels
  • Highly organized and detailed-oriented; ability to handle simultaneous projects with moving parts
  • Flexibility and comfort working in an ambiguous environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong drive and commitment for Learning and Development
  • Creative problem-solving skills, demonstrated ability to employ sound judgment in complex situations
  • Analytical experience

Nice to Have
  • Experience with event coordination and or volunteer communities
  • Experience working in a startup environment
