Overview:

As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our product partners. From concept design and testing to data analysis and support, you will oversee the technical execution and business operations of our client's product partnerships such as our client News.

You will be able to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will oversee the technical execution and business operations of our client's partnerships, as well as prioritize projects and resources.

Our team is the face of our client to most of our customers, and we want their our client support experience to set new standards, just like our client's products do. Our team cares for customers by solving problems and scaling solutions, incubating new our client products, and sharing user feedback with internal teams to influence product development. We support a wide variety of products, from Ads to Project Fi and just about everything in between, and our customers include advertisers, consumers, partners, publishers, retailers, and our own Sales Googlers.

Top 3 daily Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with our Business Development team to develop, and optimize new business opportunities and develop warm client relationships by leveraging our client products and technologies
  2. Develop tools to scale the support, track the progress and automate testing
  3. Propose, design, create and present prototypes, demos and proofs-of-concept to a wide variety of audiences, from engineers to marketing professionals.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Help partners in their day-to-day challenges by delivering innovative and scalable solutions and troubleshooting their problems.
  • Perform implementation reviews, champion new product features, and provide partner feedback to
  • Provide consulting services to our partners, build lasting relationships and be sensitive to client needs.
Minimum qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical subject, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 2+ years experience of software experience with web technologies such as JavaScript, web markup / structured data, REST APIs; familiarity with AMP.
  • Familiar with OAuth2
  • Experience in one or more programming languages, including JavaScript, Java, Python.
  • Experience working with and managing external partners.
  • Ability to speak English fluently.
  • Excellent written communication skills
Nice to Have:
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt your message to the technical level of the audience and comfort presenting technical materials to groups of any size and background.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with SQL/MySQL and Unix/Linux operating systems/commands.
  • Experience developing or editing technical / developer documentation
  • Fullstack development understanding
