Project Overview:
Dialogflow is a natural language understanding platform designed to help developers create conversational user interfaces. We provide customers with our text understanding technology that makes bots development as easy as possible.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
  1. Help track and prioritize the tasks with engineers, QA and other stakeholders to meet our release cadence
  2. Identify risks and propose mitigation plans, and refine release and testing process.
  3. Be willing to jump into the investigation and drive the resolution of complicated technical issues
  4. Drive bug & feature request triaging efforts
  5. Track and prioritize development work from concept to launch
  6. Manage communication of progress/status within the core team and with our stakeholders via weekly / monthly system status updates.

Required Skills:
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent technical degree or 5 years of experience in lieu of.
  • 5 years of hands-on experience in managing and shipping Internet products and technologies.
  • Strong effective written and oral communication skills. Must proactively communicate status to stakeholders including technical and non-technical partners.
  • Experience in analyses, troubleshooting, problem solving and project management.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and people skills.
  • Solid experience planning for and managing several large-scale, interrelated, complex technical projects and coordinating technical project team members to deliver quality results within the project deadlines.
  • Hands-on development skills with programming languages such as PHP, Python, Java or Javascript / Apps Script.

Nice to Have Skills/Not Required:
  • Experience with developer platform products
  • Strong technical background
