Play a pivotal role in consumer electronics product development life cycle. You will work with the engineering team and leads in deploying prototype hardware and software with internal users. Communicate expectations as the team progresses on development. Excellent documentation skills to develop websites that are easily navigable and intuitive. Have sufficient technical skills and must be detailed oriented enough to learn the ins and outs of the product in order to help internal customers and help do initial troubleshooting.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
  1. Help monitor and reply to the community alias by answering questions and collecting feedback
  2. Troubleshoot technical difficulties with our tools and partner with the engineering team
  3. Triage top issues/bugs to route to appropriate teams, review issues/bugs active and resolved
Overall Responsibilities:
  • Manage and report on dogfood community insights
  • Become a product expert on our product and its release schedule
  • Keep track of issues, feature requests and feedback and regularly provide update to cross functional team
  • Assist Dogfood PgM in keeping track of dogfood inventory and coordinating device distributions
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Product Development and related disciplines
  • 2+ years experience in Program Operations, Management, or related role to Product Launches
  • Technical experience (e.g., ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms and vice versa, able to troubleshoot an issue with little guidance and direction)
  • Strong program management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and superior analytical skills
  • Deep interest and aptitude in product development
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written and ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups
Nice to Have Skills/Not Required:
  • Experience in running user research study at a large scale a plus
  • Experience in analyzing large sets of data is a plus
