Strategy and Operations Project Coordinator
Location: Mountain View, CA

Americas Marketing Team acquires Ads potential customers.

We're looking for operations analyst who can help with routine functions and operational tasks, ensuring the rest of the team has adequate support to work efficiently.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
  1. Writing weekly marketing snippets
  2. Manage budget spend and transfers based on quarterly allocations
  3. Manage quarterly revenue and events process
Additional responsibilities
  • Help with on boarding training
  • Help with quarterly operational planning - Create and maintain planning files and notes
  • Monitor Travel and Expenses
  • Maintain headcount allocations and TVC process
Required Skills:
  • BS/BA degree (Manager is open to area of study)
  • 3-4 years of experience as project coordinator ideally in marketing/operations or strategy teams
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office or our client for work products (Docs, sheets)
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Previous experience copy writing or writing for a blog
