JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective

The facilities manager is responsible for managing the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, security and other facilities. The position plans, budgets and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor materials and other related costs.
Essential Functions
1 Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services, and facility expansion.
2 Plans budgets and schedules facility modifications, including cost estimates.
3 Inspects construction and installation progress.
4 Initiates planned maintenance programs for a variety of office equipment.
5 Manages the receiving function.
6 Manages preventive maintenance of facility equipment, including HVAC and office equipment.
7 Oversees the security
8 Oversees the parking program.
9 Oversees the cleaning and maintenance of facility.
10 Develops and administers the annual budget.
