Project Overview:
The our client Maps Support Team offers technical support to Premium customers who purchase the our client Maps API products for business purposes. We are a group of TSEs (Technical Solutions Engineers) who work with a growing team of frontline vendor agents, to scale.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
  1. Writing detailed required documents
  2. Coordination and Management of the schedule and make sure the deadlines are met
  3. Communicating to the stakeholders or to the team

Overall Responsibilities:
  • Obtain direction from support leads regarding the objectives of the project
  • Write detailed requirements documents
  • Design: Drive an analysis with cross-functional peers (TSEs, SWEs, SREs, product managers, UX experts, Sales) to come up with designs (across process, tooling, product changes). Provide user stories across critical journeys.
  • Coordinate: Manage project schedules, identify possible issues and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders.
  • Execute: directly responsible for executing changes in documentation, reporting
  • Launch and measure success

Required Qualifications:
  • BS degree
  • 2-3 years of industry experience with technical subjects and emerging technologies in cloud computing or related technical fields (Information Technology space)
  • Familiar with G Suite applications
  • Experience as a Program Manager or Software Engineer
  • Strong communication skills, to adapt communications to their audiences
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams

Nice to Have Skills:
  • PLX, Dremel experience preferred
  • SQL Scripting knowledge
  • Proven successful technical program management outcomes from idea to launching programs in multiple contexts throughout your career.
  • Some background in Support operations
  • Ability to craft and present a compelling message and tailor it for a given audience. Ability to mix technical acumen with simple, everyday language to deliver a story that is memorable and useful.
  • Comfortable talking about technical matters with business people and business matters with technical people. Able to express complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences.
