Local Services Customer Service Operations Lead
Location: Mountain View

You will be supporting operations for programs focused on deployment services for Local Services by our client, an exciting new initiative at our client. This role will involve building dashboards and reports for key programs supporting Local Services customers. You will also provide operational support for coordinating contracts to provide those services, as well as supporting launch activities for new versions of these programs. The ideal candidate for this role should be detail-oriented, comfortable building queries and dashboards for executive visibility, comfortable navigating multiple internal systems and functional groups, and have a passion for our client products.

You will provide strategic, analytical and technical support for the Business Intelligence activities for your team. You will use your business acumen and technical knowledge to develop and deliver Business Intelligence solutions for your internal customers. You will work with the business in understanding their evolving requirements. You will also work closely with Engineering to deliver practical solutions of real business benefit, and design and develop your own prototype solutions.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
  1. Build and publish dashboards to summarize project operations and results.
  2. Support program lead in project coordination activities including contract review and coordinating open issues, project logistics, and release planning.
  3. Developing program guides and documents.
Required skills
  • Bachelors degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar role
  • 3+ years experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets for data collection / analysis (our client sheets experience specifically a plus)
  • SQL querying skills
  • Project management experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong data analysis skills and detail oriented
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Ability to interface with multiple cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Ability to work independently and with a cross-functional geographically spread team
