Project Overview:
The Sale planner role is a supporting role for the New Business Sales Team USA and Canada. Due to the large amount of data points and business insights, we require help in organizing, analyzing and preparing large data sets for further use, e.g. drive future business decisions, analyze trends and seasonal changes

Overall Responsibilities:
The scope for the New Business Sales planner ranges across a few different areas. Primary responsibilities will be developing and executing analyses on sales data, creating salesforce reports, creating and maintaining dashboards, running analyses across large data packs, evaluating and interpreting data points on large data sets and autonomously develop insights and solutions.

Strong analytical thinking is a required as well as proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, our client Sheets complex formula editing. Coding knowledge is not required but would help in executing some of the required tasks.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
  1. Autonomously gather and develop data insights based on available business data points e.g. salesforce raw data, sales numbers, seasonal insights etc.
  2. Liaise with business partners across the org to understand requirements for data insights, uncover data sources and build on existing knowledge
  3. Create dashboards, spread sheets and slide decks to visualize insights

Required Skills:
  • BA/BS Degree, no specific field required
  • 2-5 years experience in reserach, operations, or statistics - strong data analytics background preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet tools such as MS Excel, our client Sheets
  • Presentation software such as our client Slides, MS Powerpoint
  • CRM software e.g. SFDC, MS CRM, ZOHO
  • Good communication skills
  • Good visualization skills e.g. create slide decks
  • Good time management/ project management skills

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Programming, database querying skills very helpful but not required
