In this Engineering Tech role this individual thrives in a fast pace NPI and/or manufacturing environment. He/she is extremely detail oriented and notices even the smallest deviations from the design specifications and will escalate issues to engineering team.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
  1. Process electro-mechanical parts through defined assembly steps, while debugging issues
  2. Recording build information for data collection and traceability requirements
  3. Provide technical feedback on process and design steps that lead to improved manufacturability
Required Skills:
  • 0-2 years of hands on electro-mechanical manufacturing experience
  • Able to execute well with limited instruction/supervision
  • Detail oriented; communicates well with others
  • Flexible and able to adapt to change; patient
  • Comfortable performing soldering and manual rework for electrical circuits
  • Functions well in a collaborative environment
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Has performed quality control on various parts
  • Certification as a machinist
  • Engineering or technician degree
  • Use various computer controlled measurement tools to runs tests and record data
  • Create test setups for specific tasks, perform calibration
