Additional Rewards Responsibilities:
  • Support global compensation survey management process, from ensuring data integrity of submission through analysis and application of survey results.
  • Perform cost modeling of merit budget and salary structure design and maintenance to ensure client remains market competitive.
  • Provide expertise and consultation to HR Business Partners on job leveling, evaluation, market pricing, internal equity, and competitive pay analysis.
  • Maintain compensation management software tool and reporting.
  • Monitors pay program effectiveness and recommends continuous improvement changes.
  • Proactively support annual rewards process, including planning, testing, auditing, analyzing pay for performance recommendations, reviewing communications, facilitating training, and preparing executive summary pre and post reporting.
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field or equivalent experience.
Work Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of compensation experience required.
