Windows 7 and 8 configuration knowledge, Knowledge of multiple browsers navigation and configuration, especially IE9+. Basic familiarity with SAP based financial systems. Basic knowledge of Data Security principles and practices. Very strong verbal communication skills, Ability to influence outside of direct reporting relationships, exemplary organization and follow-up skills, strong customer service mentality. Additional Skills: 1) Ability to organize, prioritize, act, and follow up on a very high volume of demands 2) Ability to self manage work and achieve positive outcomes 3) Ability to interface with and influence people at all levels within the organization 4) Ability to participate in rotational off hours on-call support


Work directly with distributors to prepare for software upgrade, including advising on technical specifications and process. Guide distributors through automated install of upgraded BPN Comm Node. Maintain Comm Node registration information for distributors. Perform basic troubleshooting of installation issues and work with correct support teams to resolve outstanding issues. Plan and schedule meetings with Distributors to upgrade their software. Meet with those Distributors to upgrade an application from an XP based computer to a Windows 7 computer. Track Distributors that have been converted.
