Ageatia Global Solutions is partnered with one of the largest science & technology companies in the United States, and they are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistantthat can perform a wide range of advanced secretarial/administrative duties including, but not limited to: document preparation and management, telephone duties, creating and submitting expense reports, calendaring, travel arrangements, meeting/conference call arrangements, management meetings. This is a long-term contract with the potential to obtain full-time, permanent employment with an excellent Fortune 100 company out of Wilmington, DE 19805. Ideal candidates will have at least four years of experience in an administrative position performing similar tasks to those listed below...

Requirements:
  • Minimum High School Diploma/GED
  • Associates Degree or higher preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing and challenging work environment
  • Advanced computer skills beyond basic MS office programs
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain company confidentiality regarding employee and business-related information
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to support self and others
  • Ability to use Sharepoint
Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively developing a spirit of teamwork and cooperation when working with diverse work groups and contributing enthusiastically to the work climate
  • Performs full range of advanced secretarial and administrative responsibilities, including document preparation and management, telephone duties, creating and submitting expense reports, calendaring, travel arrangements, meeting/conference call arrangements, management meetings, etc.
  • Coordinates and prioritizes multiple tasks independently
  • Coordinates, executes and tracks all SRM purchase orders
  • Work with outside vendors to schedule meetings and resolve issues
  • Acts as focal point for video/audio conference needs including scheduling and set-up
  • Manage employee timecards in company time tracking tool
