Responsible for utilizing the rehabilitation process to provide therapy on assigned patients with physician oversight and in accordance with California scope of practice. The Physical Therapist/Occupational Therapist shall be responsible for following the protocols and procedures as directed by the facility using time and resources efficiently.   
• Graduate from an accredited rehabilitation program and at least one year of continuous work experience in a healthcare or outpatient setting within the last three years.
• A current Rehabilitation License for the state of California is required; license must be free from disciplinary actions.
• A current Basic Life Support (BLS)/Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) card with the expiration date valid if applicable
• Completion, upon assignment to LBNL and annually thereafter, of the professionally required Continuing Education Unit(s) (CEUs) for the rehabilitation professional's specific specialty.
• Relevant specialty professional certifications, registrations, or equivalent (e.g. National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA) Certification or National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Familiarity with principles of ergonomics.
