The DNCM Stream of Unify Program requires a Sharepoint Project Manager, Sharepoint Architect and PUMA Information Systems Lead (ISL) to responsibly deliver the DnCM Stream CEDOC Pharma and its interfaces.
The CSO-TIM organization is developing an electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) for the Clinical Pharma organization. There are multiple interfaces to existing applications, to new Streams of Unify and a migration all TMF pharma applications to the new eTMF. These are all in the context of Clinical Science and Operations Enterprise Architecture and the Unify Program of the Clinical Sciences Operations. The CeDoc Pharma is based on the off-the shelf product entitled ND6 from the NextDoc Company.
The ISL is responsible for defining, building and delivering a solution that meets defined user requirements. The IS Lead will represent the IS Management Representative during the project The IS Lead reports to the Stream lead and Contributes to the PMO on all IS related activities and coordinates and manages all IS activities. The ISL Lead is the owner of the requirements, build and the acceptance. The ISL is responsible for a smooth transition fro project to operations The candidate will take the Information System Lead (ISL) for CeDOC Pharma, Sharepoint Architect, and project management for CeDoc Pharma activities This includes the access management integration of the (external personnel identity management, business role management, application/resource access management, information security, and regulatory compliance with respect to access management), combining both business and IT architecture analysis perspectives.
The SharePoint Solution Architect is responsible for analyzing business needs, defining the architecture for and participating in the delivery of technical solutions to complex business and technical requirements using the SharePoint platform. You will deliver insight to the latest technologies and software development techniques; you will foster a culture of continuous improvement in all areas of technology and instil the principles of this culture in the team.

The candidate will work within CSO-TIM and interact directly with Clinical Business Departments, IS Departments (R&D IS and Global Infrastructure), IS Security, and Business & IS Quality, providing a conduit for CSO-TIM with these organizations.

Develop project technology strategy by understanding engagement objectives; diagnosing and mapping client requirements; articulating solution risks and barriers; recommending project approaches; preparing time and cost estimates; planning the full project lifecycle • Ability to lead complete software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, configuring, programming and unit testing for applications based on Microsoft technologies
Knowledge of the features and architectural design of Microsoft SharePoint services, SharePoint Server and Office 365
Mentors team members in technology, architecture and delivery of applications
Creates a shared sense of direction and community among the teams
Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies
Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements

10+ Years of relevant working experience in the Microsoft domain and 5+ years in SharePoint, of which at least two years with SP2010/SP2013
Experience with Project Management of Software development Projects & Experience with Business Analyst Skills
Experience in deliver Validated Clinical Systems..
Experience must include Vendor Management and vendor implantation success
Experience must include SharePoint workflows, effective use
of native, third party, and custom developed web parts as well as
complete customization of the UI, including branding and navigation.
Experience with Enterprise Architecture Integration (EAI)
Experience implementing content management solutions focusing
on document management, workflow, document archiving, content creation, and deployment strategies for web-focused business teams or consumers
Experience deploying intranets, collaborative
work spaces, company portals, and departmental websites
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of sound business practices and a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and anticipating their needs are also required
Must be motivated with a focus on team performance

Education: Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience
