Ability to effectively partner with the business and internal technical teams to ensure requirements are properly captured, documented, and agreed upon by all.
Can work well cross functionally across the business and IS Teams
Manage daily activities, issue resolution and communication across IS and business teams for the EDI platform
Arrange and manage meetings with business and/or internal technical teams, providing minutes of those meetings.
Working closely with IS Project Leader, contribute to project planning activities and provide regular status communications on EDI issues and implementations.
Coordinate with EDI development resources to and communication issues, resolutions and general updates
Prepare change management documentation.
Demonstrate the ability to receive a task and drive it to completion while working with team members to ensure success.
Proven ability to manage business critical projects while proactively identifying and addressing urgent challenges.
Need to be consistent on meeting customer and business expectations; which includes participating in recurring meetings and meeting project deadlines.
Document relevant processes to be performed/completed by the Business.
Willingness to execute master data updates in a manner that ensures accuracy and timeliness.
The candidates must possess the following skills:
3-6 years' experience with project management.
3-6 years' experience with EDI systems support.
Understanding of EDI transactions, the fundamental structure of how they work, and complete understanding of EDI maps and tables.
Working knowledge of database functionality to execute data blending and table management.
Lead process mapping exercises and make recommendations to management on the appropriate enhancements and necessary changes based on business needs as well as current industry practices.
Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and be detail oriented. Ability to understand verbal and written communications, interpret and translate business and technical communications to ensure that both sides have common understanding.
Strong customer interaction skills leading to positive change and enhancing VaxServe's value proposition.
Proactively identify and initiate process improvements based on needs of the business and relevant industry standards.
Team player with strong communication skills that can work well across the business and IS Teams.
Familiarity with SAP ECC and/or SAP CRM is required.
Ability to proactively understand details of various systems and applications, interactions between those applications, as well as to understand how various business rules affect system processes.
Versatility and flexibility to understand and work with a wide variety of applications including SAP and Data Warehousing.
Must possess ability to logically think through both requests and options to provide solutions that will satisfy needs into the future, minimize manual work and prevent errors.
Must be highly motivated and possess the ability to work independently or with various team members, in various locations and/or remotely, and be able to handle multiple concurrent assignments within reason.
Ability to produce quality deliverables within a scheduled timeframe.
