The candidate will be dedicated to the evaluation of candidate therapeutic vaccine regimens and formulations. Hands-on responsibilities will include assisting in preparation of vaccine candidates, formulation with adjuvants and characterization in vitro and in vivo. Characterization of multiple vaccine regimens and formulation will comprise measurement of the adjuvant effect on virus viability in vitro, analysis of B and T cell responses in mice, and efficacy in animal models.

Experience: 3 to 6 years.
Skills: Highly motivated individuals with excellent training in immunological assays, cell analysis and molecular biology techniques are encouraged to apply. The candidate will perform cell based and biochemical assays using methods such as ELISA, ELISPOT and FACS, and in vivo models with the aim of assessing vaccine candidates.

Education: All applicants must have an M.D. or Ph.D. degree with research experience on Immunology and/or Virology of at least 3 years, as well as documented scientific accomplishment as evidenced by publications in top-tier journals.
