Maintain quality standards and a state of audit readiness Develop and implement priority learning solutions that will support all Sanofi and GZ US Medical Affairs (including US based GZ Global MA Learners) with maintaining compliance with company processes & procedures As a back-up, Provide compliance reports as requested during internal & external Audits (e.g. OIG, FDA, etc.)
Works with vendors and partners to ensure the training solutions are developed and implemented per quality standards, budget and timelines.
Management and Handling of all Budget Requirements and Needs Ability to pull information from multiple data sources and create custom reports using advanced functions in excel (e.g. pivot tables, etc.) Maintain training documentation (electronic and hard copy) in state of audit readiness Manage eLearning systems, tools and vendors providing training and support to end users Assist with Systems Onboarding of new employees as necessary Learn and follow new and existing processes and compliance regulations

ARTICULATE, eGate, TRACE, Concur, Ceridian and Learn Maintain course records, certifications, and test results for learning programs

Project Responsibilities:
Manages planning & implementation web based training courses Manages planning & implementation for instructor-led learning events (face to face and virtual participation) including training announcement/invitation (and other communications) enrollment tracking, course confirmation and participation tracking in Le@rn LMS, on-site logistical and facilitation support Manages the technical application for Adobe Connect Learning Events Manages and ensures accurate attendance tracking in Le@rn LMS by reviewing reports and ensuring accuracy Tracks Vendor Contracts from initiation / creation of contract though final execution and payment of vendors, must have knowledge working in the financial systems e.g. NEXT, Catalyst Act as a liaison between training function and internal and external partners (Legal, Finance, Commercial, Compliance, Vendors) Planning of on-site and off-site, local, regional and national meetings Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines with limited supervision

Must have Bachelors Degree

Skills:
Knowledge and understanding of Adult Learning Principles Knowledge of SOPs & other Quality Documents Knowledge of Learn LMS (Saba based LMS) in a working regulatory environment Expertise in HTML5, experienced working in various integrated databases Expertise in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel (Pivot Tables), Survey Monkey Expertise in Sharepoint 2007 & 2010 and Interwoven Excellent Communication and Presentation and Facilitation Skill Working knowledge of the Medical Affairs Department including roles and responsibilities
