Global company headquartered in NYC is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Underwriting and Policy Administration systems in the Property & Casualty industry.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the P&C insurance industry as a BA
  • Ability to work directly with Business teams to gather and document requirements
  • Ability to work with technical teams (developers, architects, QA, infrastructure), business partners and implementation partners to elicit requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in SDLC implementing large Policy Administration & Underwriting Systems
  • Understanding of Agile Methodology is a MUST
  • Proficient in writing user stories, use cases, business requirements documents and system requirements documents along with creation of process maps & workflow diagrams
  • Strong track record in building relationships with clients and business partners. Excellent interpersonal, documentation, communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge in working with business to create and document User Acceptance Test Scenarios
  • Self-Motivator and ability to get things done with minimal supervision
  • Excellent team player with a proven background of individual contribution
