Skills Required:
  • 7-8 years of Clarity Administration experience
  • Experience supporting and maintaining CA PPM SaaS with a standard OOTB configuration
  • Experience with Oracle Database (SQL, Programming, and/or Administration)
  • Experience with Clarity integration to Financials and HR systems
  • Experience with Clarity XML Open Gateway (XOG) and GEL Scripting
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience writing business requirements and technical specifications
  • Experience with production support, help desk and incident management processes
  • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
