Job Description:
·         Support all projects supporting the Contact Center Transformation Program.
·         Understand the Avaya Global Contact Center Services infrastructures
·         Model the Contact Centers "AS-IS” environment in preparation to identify future requirements
·         Work through gap analysis of "AS-IS” and "TO-BE” with the voice engineers and the business.  Document the agreements and raise issues and risks to the Project Manager.
What will not work :
Writing Cisco and Avaya in the resume, but have not actually been a part of the migration projects
